Barre Sculpt is recommended for ALL LEVELS! Whether you are an athlete or a first-timer, Barre Sculpt classes are always challenging. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or may be pregnant! We have modifications for all injuries and pregnancy.

Recommend at least one Barre Sculpt class before attending Full Body Speed Barre, but not required.
