Owner and founder of Barre Hour. Erin is a classically trained ballerina, musical theatre performer, and a former Los Angeles Lakers Girl! Being a professional dancer, Erin has found the Barre workout to be the most fun, effective, and safe workout even to those without dance experience. She LOVES teaching and giving her clients a full, one hour, motivational class to help them reach their individual fitness goals.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys taking dance classes, furthering her Barre and Pilates education, and spending time with her Fiance, two dogs, and her cat. Erin also helps run a non-profit organization located in Los Angeles, She-Is, which teaches dance to survivors of human trafficking and sexual abuse. Giving back to others, encouraging a better life, helping to build confidence and being part of a supportive environment is important, crucial and a staple to her life.

Kim has always had an interest in maintaining a healthy mind and body. To deepen her knowledge, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017. Shortly after, she was introduced to Barre Hour and fell in love with it since. Yoga and Barre are a great compliment to one another. She loves seeing her clients grow and is inspired by their strength and dedication.
Barre Hour is a great community of men and women who empower each other and see the inner and outer strength in one another. She is excited to be a part of this great family!
Growing up dancing and tumbling, Mary has always loved the world of fitness. In 2017 she discovered Barre and immediately knew she had found her perfect workout. In every class she loves to challenge her clients and push them beyond their comfort zone. Mary believes a positive attitude and a belief in oneself can make what seems to be impossible, possible.
When Mary is not at “the Barre” she is her kids’ biggest cheerleader at their soccer and baseball games, dance recitals, and more. Mary and her husband, Ray, always encourage their three children to have an active, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
