The Barre Hour workout is a ballet and Pilates inspired group fitness class that utilizes light weights, a workout ball, and a ballet barre to tone, lengthen and strengthen muscles.

 

Barre Hour classes target all muscles groups including triceps, shoulders, back, biceps, thighs, seat work, concluding with Pilates inspired abdominal work and extensive stretching.

 

This one hour, low impact, and low cardio workout was created to sculpt, tone, burn fat, increase flexibility, improve posture and boost confidence.
